Swedish meatballs!
It's been a while since I had them, but they are great. These were from the IKEA cafeteria, so not the best showing that they might have. Still it was free and it was a good memory to relive. Also strangely Thanksgiving-ly themed.
Hopefully when I'm actually in Sweden I'll be able to post a more accurate and delicious looking portrayal (if they are really Swedish, which I haven't checked yet). I'm keeping this post short, but when I do some more research I'll blog about it.
